The Office of Investment Security (OIS) fulfills Treasury’s responsibilities as Chair of CFIUS. In a role at OIS, you would work on policy, legal, and operational issues at the nexus of national security, emerging technologies, and international economics and finance.

- Deputy Director: Oversees portfolio execution and cross-office coordination for CFIUS casework and policy initiatives.
- Senior Policy Advisor: Leads analysis and recommendations on complex national security and investment screening issues.
- Policy Advisor: Supports reviews, policy development, and interagency coordination.
- Policy Analyst: Conducts research, drafting, and program support across OIS offices.
