The CFIUS Case Management System (CMS) is the secure online portal used to file draft and formal written notices, declarations, and related transaction materials under 31 C.F.R. parts 800 and 802.

Beginning June 1, 2020, parties are expected to use CMS for CFIUS submissions. If CMS is temporarily unavailable for a time-sensitive filing, parties should follow instructions from their CFIUS points of contact.

Getting Started

  • Declarations
  • Notices
